Ain't going to be any way to tell probably because of so many teams with equal records. It's making my head spin. I guess everybody flips a coin, and you can't guess right every time. We will figure out Saturday morning! lol

Do they utilize head to head as a tie breaker at all?

Bishop beat Alleghany earlier this year.

Murphy and West Columbus could end up in the small 1A. A couple teams pull of the upset Friday and it will get interesting. The cut line could fall after South Rob.

the new rule states that ties with teams with identical overall records will be broke by their individual conference records, then if still tied by head to head, then draw.
So Alleghany Bishop Hayesville and Union Academy ties will be broken by their conference records.
Union Academy's conference record is 3-5, Alleghany's 2-5, Bishop's 1-5, and Hayesville 0-6. So therefore Union academy is 12 seed, Alleghany is 13 seed, Bishop would be 14 seed, and Hayesville would be 15 seed. Also south stanly will have 4 wins after they beat Albemarle, so they will be tied with Cherokee and Winston Salem prep. South Stanly's conference record will be 4-4, Winston Salem Prep is 2-4, Cherokee's is 1-5. So therefore South stanly is 9 seed, WSP is 10 seed, and Cherokee is 11 seed.
Now with North Stoke's and Rosman(if they lose to murphy) both their overall records will be 6-4 and their conference records will be 3-3, so there would be a draw for seeding purposes between them to.

So the small 1a west looks like
1.) Robbinsville or Community School of Davidson(if they beat Pine lake prep its definitely CSD because record will be 9-1)
2.) Robbinsville or Community School of Davidson
3.) Thomas Jefferson
4.)Keistrel Heights(if rosman loses to murphy) or Rosman(if rosman beats murphy)
5.) Keistrel Heights or Rosman(same reasons as above), or north stokes(if rosman loses to murphy and they win draw with rosman)
6.)Rosman(if loses to murphy and loses draw with north stokes or North stokes)
7.) Mountain Island charter(6 wins but their conference record is worse than north stokes or rosmans)
