Hopefully Brown has eliminated the duck hooks for good. Every kick was straight even the one he missed when Monken called timeout

Offense is all over the place.. No identity what so ever. No punch in the trenches or running game and kinda sporadic in the passing game. It's hit or miss with Tommy no median..

13/17 for 213 yds in the half I will take that. Need to get better push at the line still.

Those trick plays in the red zone are kind of iffy. I like Newby and want him to succeed, but he still seems to be hesitant in hitting the holes. Guess we got spoiled having Abdullah the last few years...too bad we couldn't have him one more year.

Even the Armstrong keeper where he kept it and hurdled the defender was iffy, though I did like the attempt to get Morgan the ball...even though it was incomplete.

Yea, I'm sick of the cuteness in the red zone. I'd like to see Cross down there. Might have had a TD if Tommie throws that pass to the back shoulder though.

I think I remember watching NU beat penn state in lincoln in 81 with 7 field goals..I think thats the record for NU and it been tied once since…

we need more running and fullback in the redone

With as many red zone opportunitys as we have had you'd think we could figure out a scheme that would work today
