That could have easily been blocked for a TD. Our punt team is unbelievably bad.

It's early and we very well may win this game but I have to say I'm not liking HCMR assistants right now. From the OC, DC and ST are not getting it done...

Man, our defensive line is so underwhelming. I know we're thin, but we're also not good. On the bright side, maybe John Parella's unit being this bad will finally kill the notion that we have to have a Nebraska guy on the staff.

If he can't/won't dump Read and Banker I question Riley's desire to put Nebraska first! You think Saban would fire his friends if it meant a National Championship? Think about that

He doesn't need to fire Banker, Banker is still doing fine with a defense that is largely bereft of playmakers at any position. Read though, Read needs fired yesterday.

Or maybe it means we have no talent on our roster? My god, an assistant coach can't conjure talent out of thin air. We all knew the d line was a problem coming into the year, why did you expect a miracle?!?

I expected improvement as the year went along. They've regressed.

Especially at DE and linebacker. I'm constantly wondering where are our linebackers
