Offensive coaches can't coach players to stop killing us with penalties and defensive coaches couldn't stop syrup from going up hill.

This is about how I expected the game to begin with Northwestern to have the more polished looking team. By mid 2nd quarter Nebraska will settle down and start to perform much better

Penalties, self-inflicted mistakes and missed tackles has been the Frost and Chinander experience. 3rd and long may as well be 3rd and short with Chinander's defense.

To be fair I think every single missed tackle was by Newsome. Guy really does not like contact I guess.

I am so tired of repeating the same things all the time. But we don't correct them. The holding could have been avoided by just taking a step to the right which he should have done instinctively. Instead, like we saw last week and last year we don't move our feet and have to reach. That is coaching.

Our D, well, I don't know what to say there. We just do not have guys in the right place and are so easily blocked. They love the cut back plays.

As I type, another false start.

Seen this **** last year. And year before. And year before. My outboard needs the oil changed.
