2-10 Record for NU?

The odds of things drastically improving, especially on D, are slim. Actually I think the D is getting worse from game to game. Today did look better besides the last 5 min of the 4th.
I see Bethune and Illinois as wins. Maybe Illinois. 3 wins is the max. Minnesota is nothing great, but I really don't know how the team gets motivation to beat them after the loss today. Hopefully we don't see the same think that happened last year.

I honestly could see a 1 win season.
Nebraska's defense keeps committing personal fouls. 3rd downs on defense are persistently putrid.
The offense goes for it on 4th down when they don't have the horses for it yet. 1 for 10 or something close to that...
We actually picked the ball off in this game a couple times!! And got a couple sacks!
We also scored more than 30 pts!
And took it into OT!

The sad thing is, with just minor improvement we could be 3-3 (Colorado, Troy, Northwestern). Watching the end of the game, I saw a team resigned to losing even when they were ahead. When I talk about the team not knowing how to or forgetting what it feels like to win, that was exactly what I was talking about. I feel like this streak has gotten our guys to a point where they EXPECT to lose. It's a self fulfilling prophecy, when you expect everything to go wrong that can, it has a way of coming true.
Until Nebraska can prove to me that they can win a damn game, the odds of not winning a single game THIS YEAR looks increasingly likely as we go along here.
Beating BC won't do a bit of good, I would have rather seen the team go 0-12 than beat BC and finish 1-11.
And Minnesota....
I know I also said NW, but I’m not giving up on this team losing is a hard thing especially when you have that losing mentality which I believe this team inherited from the Riley era..
Serious question, why? Why would you rather go o'fer than win 1 game?
Illinois is starting AJ Bush, the guy who couldn't handle the pressure of our spring game. If we can't beat them the entire team should have scholarships pulled.
By the way I haven't heard anything about black shirts for awhile. I can't see anybody that was a true black shirt not returning it on this team. With the week to week defensive implosions I'd be embrassment to say I wore a black shirt for this team
Because beating a lower division team in a year like this isn't worth anything. But you had to ask.
What we've seen thus far, isn't even kicking and crying. It's the $hitting of diapers .
Only 3 that we have a chance in: Minnesota (40%); Illinois (50%); B-Cookman (60%)
JMO. The rest is at 0% even if those teams have a bad day.
