I think a lot of fans still think that 20 old dudes sit around in a hotel room, smoking cigs and drinking whiskey, while they create the bracket.
That seeding is all done and really all the move around is locations, conference teams not meeting in the first two rounds, stupid BYU not being able to play on Sunday or after 4pm or if the sun is out, and then the late possible auto entry that wasn't going to make it.
