1.Clinton
2.WRH
3.East Bladen
4.West Bladen
5.Midway
6.Task
7.Union
8.Pender

I think the Conf will come down to the Big 3 Clinton,Wallace, and EB like last year....but watch out for West Blade they had a very good JV team last year could pull off a upset....Midway I see being middle of the road with the bottom 3 still being between Union Task and Pender.....looking forward to football season

I think the above forecasts are good with maybe a couple of the teams adjusting one up or down, with each his own opinion. I do believe the conference winner will not be undefeated in conference play.. If the conference champ is undefeated in the conference, The rest of the East better bring their "A" game.

I agree the top three is very competitive.....2013 Clinton beat EB EB beat Wallace Wallace beat Clinton...2014 EB beats Clinton Wallace beat EB Clinton beat Wallace....2015???? Hard to see a team go undefeated in conf play with so much competition

Defensively, East Bladen should be loaded to the Max. They have about 8 returning starters plus a few good one's coming up from JV. Front 5 should dominate most OL's this year. Offensively, East will have to try to get the Hines Brothers out in open space and utilize their speed and quickness. OL is very experienced and QB will be back after a broken wrist in the Wallace game. East has a shot to win the conference but it will be hard to beat both WRH and Clinton. I could see another 3 way tie for first.

I knew the defense will be strong. I also know this may be the fastest backfield since I have been in Bladen Co. but there will still be a transition from a "muscle backfield" to a "speed backfield". But I am sure Robbie will handle it superbly.

Clinton will plenty of athletes to chose from at the skill positions....??? On both lines....sophomore starting at QB is fast...Skinner and that backfield will be hard to contain LBs and secondary be tough....overall looking forward to a great year...if things come together on the offensive and defensive lines I see Clinton playing on a Saturday in December again

Yes, I agree DH#34, these young men have really bought into the program in a way that we fans and former players have not seen in quite a few years. The leadership of players such as Skinner and Raquan Faison will definitely help the team during the season and beyond.
