Looks like this would be an incredible event to go to. Very cool for the basketball program to honor the Plumlee family, parents included.

Wondering if any posters on here have had the opportunity to go to the end of season banquet and what was it like?

Someone needs to send that link to Bolden. Right there is his answer about a team and university that cares about its players. Look at how Thornton was embraced. Look at the little piece about Justin Robinson and Marshall. Look at everything related to Duke and the Plumlees. There is you family environment big fella!

After seeing Thorton at the banquet, I want him to back out and come back to Duke. I want him back more than I want Bolden. Sounds like a good rumor to start!

Thornton being there says a lot, about both sides. DT is a good kid, and it sure don't look like Duke forced him out!!

Interesting that he was there with his mom. If dad and uncle really forced this and Derryck was happy, maybe mom needs to pull a Mickie K and tell the dad and uncle how it is gonna be. Phil Henderson announced he was leaving and changed his mind. Not only did he have "the dunk" over Mourning, he was instrumental in Duke reaching a Final Four.

I just hope it is Derryck's decision and he is happy. He never misrepresented Duke.
