reports all over Twitter that Koback had a very bad leg break in his game tonight. Very tough break for a kid who was having an amazing senior season.

A broken leg can and will fully recover. I"ve had LOTS of them! It is the knee that is a career killer. If it is a broken leg he'll fully recover in about 6 months and be good as new.

Well it depends on what is broken, they type of break and the amount of damage done by sharp bones on soft tissue. I had a spiral fracture from ankle to knee and I was having issues with it 2 years later. Now that I am older its really causing me problems. I was past my playing days, but if not it would have ended them.

Yep. We have no information except for that it's a fractured tib/fib.....which tells us very little. More than likely he'll be fine.

Really sad news for the kid. I hope it is an easy mend. It sounded like he was really coming on strong. It's horrible that he will apparently miss the remainder of his senior season.
