LW West at Hersey then hosting Evanston in Weeks 1 and 2 represent some interesting match-ups. Tough bus ride for the Wildkits down to New Lenox to be sure.

Weird Naz schedule. 6 home games to open the season followed by 3 away games to close out the regular season.

Further the 3 away games are all the old ESCC files from their schedule so no unfamiliar territory this year for them.

Eastside making 3 trips to the Fox/DuPage Valley. A lot of road time.

All that road time could turn into a disaster. It’s good to play tough games but with a conference loss to Edwardsville and there is a slim chance they miss the playoffs. More realistic is 6-3, 7-2 but if you get an injury or two and all bets are off.

I'm almost certain that schedule is wrong. Naz should be at Larrys. Also what's with a week 9 game at Benet on Saturday afternoon?

No, I think Benet is having scheduling issues with Benedictine - they play a Saturday home game during the day against Marian Catholic a few weeks before the Naz game.

Benet added Naperville North? To make the play-offs they will have to win the middle five games. I dont see a win the last three weeks of the season.

Good to see Benet and NN playing again they played for like 20 years straight from the 70’s to 90’s and it was a fairly intense rivalry.

Benet will go 6-3, a few tough opponents dropped from schedule.

Looks like the FVC is all conference with the addition of Burlington. No good non conference matchups this year.

Benedictine and never scsdemy both list 1 pm home game at IBC on Oct. 26. Probably a phone call to Benedictine athletics can clear up the confusion.

Benet is getting bumped by ICE, ICE baby...the Lisle Lions play an ICE game a Benedictine at 7 on Friday Oct. 25 against Streator...they also play an ICE game against Wilmington on Friday Sept. 27...

ICE you ask? The new Illinois Central Eight Conference with Lisle, Streator and the six Kankakee area former Interstate 8 schools...Lisle HS field lacks lights, so the only way the Lions can play a home night game is at Benedictine.

Eastside is not going to lose to Edwardsville this year. This will very likely be a down season for Eville. They don't even have a quarterback at the moment. It'll probably be a few years before they have a good team again.

Why does Urban Prep West have 1 game? Bishop Noll is trying to put together 9 games.Maybe they can pick up some Illinois teams who are open

Should have brought in Freddy after his sophomore year.

Gotta tip my hat to Fremd and Palatine as far as the MSL goes. Those are some big time non conference games every week. And then MSL West play will be a slugfest.

The only game they schedule is week 1.

Weeks 3 and 4 are scheduled in accordance with an agreement between the CSL and MSL according to school size and recent success. Week 2 is an MSL scheduled crossover.

Looks like the MSL-CSL agreement is producing good matchups- and giving the smaller schools in both conferences a better shot at playoff qualification.

Benet got the best of NN during NN’s early years. Benet had a great team in 1986 (Pat New), that was the last time the Redwings knocked off the Huskies. We kicked the living daylights out of them from 1987 through the 1990’s. Teams haven’t played in a long time. It was a good rivalry. Lots of Benet kids live in Naperville. Not thrilled to have another strong opponent on the schedule. Have much respect for the Redwing program.
