Not an instant impact center prospect, but someone who with another good 30-40 lbs. and reasonable player development could be pretty good in 2-3 years. He appears to have about a 10’ wing span.

I’ll feel a lot better about the 2019 class once NU gets its first commit. Until then, a lot of uncertainty about if Collins is out of his depth here with the current batch of offers.

Getting Bey would alleviate a lot of pressure on filling this class.

To my knowledge there is nothing public about where he might land. I have no inside info either. I just don’t see how there’s not mutual interest.

Does anyone remember if he ever took his NU official visit? I seem to remember him canceling.

The fact that Bey took time to chat with InsideNU tells me he was definitely interested. They don’t get recruit interviews very often.
