2019 Schedules

When might schedules be available for 2019 season? Also, where could they be found?

Most teams probably already have them planned out... you probably won't see them on the VHSL site however until next summer unless a coach is willing to send them to you directly.

I know Appomattox drops Fork Union and Colonial Heights and picks up Nelson (coming back into the Dogwood) and Staunton River.
Pretty sure that’s right.

Not sure who Radford dropped but they added Richlands.

Graham is dropping Princeton (WV) and adding Union. Out of District opponents now Bluefield, Giles and Union, not too shabby.

Was told Richlands will replace Galax on Radford’s schedule

Richlands will have:

SWD: Graham, Tazewell, Virginia High, Marion and Lebanon.

OOD: Gate City, Union, Bluefield, Radford and Abingdon.

Picking up Raddy and Abingdon and dropping Blacksburg and William Byrd.

Eastspartan, are you sure? I have been told Richlands replaces Gretna on Radfords schedule and Gretna will pick up Nelson County, and that we will play Galax again next year

That’s what a guy I work with whose son is on the team told me but I do hope you are right instead.
