2020 Planned Team 7on7 or Team Summer Camp?

On Hold (IHSA suspension of summer contact days)

Impact Player for Belleville East: Senior QB Lucas Maue. Maue, who will be a multi-year varsity stater in 2020 will again be asked to lead the Lancers offense in 2020. Look for Laue to draw increased recruiting looks and attention this coming fall.

EDGY's Quick Take on the Belleville East Lancers: The Lancers (3-6) didn't have a great record in 2019, yet East and head coach Michael Harrison showed some flashes of better days ahead for this program. East lost it's first five games in 2019, but also dropped a handful of close games against some top level competition (Edwardsville/OFallon/Metea Valley) and a few breaks one or or the other and 2019 could have played out much differently. Look for a more experienced Belleville East team in 2020 to be a nice potential sleeper to watch in the Southwestern conference.
