Great job with the double this season. I was able to watch some of today's game on tv. The flurries made it seem quintessentially Penn State.

You have to wonder if they were affected by the same flu that hit the football team? Did they take Hofstra lightly? A real head scratcher.

Wow. It's beyond anything imaginable to lose 2-8 in soccer to some team like Hofstra

apparently, they did. from the below article:

“We had 12 guys out all week with non-COVID illness,” Cook said. “Guys were getting treated up to this morning, and you know that trying to get through a game at this level, against an outstanding opponent like Hofstra would’ve been nearly impossible.”

That's a real shame as it seemed like they were poised to make a run. I got hit with the flu bug last week too and it was no fun.
