Hildebrandt is No. 16. Means he'd face Suriano in the second round. Brutal.

RBY is No. 1. Ten years since there was a repeat champ, per the NCAA broadcast.

"I think he's one of the best overall wrestlers in the country regardless of weight class," analyst Shane Sparks said.

Nick Lee is the No. 1 seed at 141. He'll face the winner of Dylan Cedeno of Virginia vs. Josh Mason of Bloomsburg.

"Chop wood, carry water, that's the philosophy of Nick Lee," Sparks said. He's as good as it gets."

Feel like we’ve gotten jobbed at 3 weights already, 125, 157 and 184 (even 133 too with DeSanto 5). Hildebrandt has no one to blame but himself but the rest are pretty bruta.

Carter Starocci is the top-seed at 174. The Penn State wrestler and defending NCAA champ will first battle the winner of a 33/32 bout between Connor O'Neill of Rutgers and Dominic Solis of Maryland. Starocci just pinned Solis in the Big Ten quarterfinals.

After losing the Big Ten final, Aaron Brooks is the No. 2 seed behind the man who beat him, Myles Amine of Michigan at 184. It puts Brooks on the same side of the bracket as three-seed Trent Hidlay of North Carolina State, who is a Pennsylvania native, of course. Brooks will face No. 31 AJ Burkhart of Lehigh first. Brooks was out of the lineup when the Lions met Lehigh earlier this season.

How does Berge get the #16 and Young the #9
seed when Berge beat him twice last weekend?

Max Dean is the top-seed at 197 after winning his first Big Ten title. The Penn State wrestler draws the winner of a 33/32 bout between Matthew Waddell of Chatanooga and Will Feldkamp of Clarion. Dean would need to again beat Michigan's Patrick Brucki to make the finals. Dean beat Brucki in the regular season, 6-4 in sudden victory.

Greg Kerkvliet is No. 4 at heavyweight after finishing third in the Big Ten tournament. That puts him on the same side of the bracket as Minnesota hammer Gable Steveson. The Penn State heavyweight draws No. 29 Brandon Metz of North Dakota State first. Five seed and undefeated Air Force wrestler Wyatt Hendrickson is the likely quarterfinal opponent if both get there.
