Iowa fans are the worst fans in the B1G. I’ve been saying it for over a decade. I have nothing against their school in general or their coaches or athletes but I cannot stand their fans. And so I root against Iowa for everything.

I'm going to take this opportunity to confess my sins...

I'm 51 years old and have only started watching wrestling regularly for the past few years. I am ashamed and disappointed that I haven't gotten into this sport much earlier. I wish I got my son into this sport. But he chose football and baseball. I don't know everything I'm watching - I still can't tell you how the hell Lee pinned his opponent earlier today - but I'm learning. The whole team and individual concept is pretty crazy. I forget who the wrestler was, but it was a HWT going against Snyder of OSU and I remember cheering that he didn't lose by bonus points, which preserved the team win. I've never cheered for a PSU athlete who was losing.

Wrestling is a great sport and I regret not paying attention to it decades ago. Better late than never, I guess..

Per 1
Kerk kind of reaches, nothing. GS sort of reaches, nothing. GS shoots, nothing. GS shoots but Kerk kicks away from the low single. Kerk min on a single, he tries to elevate it, but GS kicks it out and they are OOB with 1:33 left. GS in on a single and gets behind for the TD, 0-2. Kerk hits a roll and he's out, 1-2. End.

Per 2
Kerk takes bottom he tries to sit out then sort of stands but returned. Kerk sits out, nothing. Now Kerk is flattened with a tight waist. Kerk to his feet but they are OOB with 1:04 left. RT over 1 min for GS.Kerk to his feet, and is out, 2-2. Kerk shoots,GS tries to counter, nothing. Kerk in on a single, GS sprawls, and a stalemate with 31 sec. End. RT @ 1:22 for GS

GS takes bottom. GS to his feet, and he's out in 8 sec, 2-3. RT is 1:14 for GS. GS shoots, GS counters and gets a low single, but GS spins around and grabs an ankle, and a stalemate with 1:16. Kerk reaches, nothing. 45 sec left. Kerk with a shot, but GS counters and spins around and gets the TD, 2-5. Stall warning just before the TD on GS. Kerk shoots and again slips and GS spins behind and gets the TD, 2-7. With RT, it's a 3-8 DEC for Gable Steveson. I'm not sure where the 3rd point came from for Kerk -- may have been 2 stall calls.
