2022 Recruiting Class Thread

Not Penn State related but a surprising recruiting nugget I came across.
Since the modern era of recruiting (~2000 to present day) Wisconsin has only landed ONE top 25 class. It was last year (#16 overall), the same class with Nolan Rucci.
Anyone else find that surprising?

Wylie seems to have a nice frame for a LB that the S&C program can develop into a big, athletic LB. He could be one of the sleepers in this class, given that he's kind of overlooked somewhat in comparison to the obvious top players in the class. With the lack of LB numbers, pending any additions from the Portal, Wylie may get the chance to contribute early.

Yeah, sorry Tom, but that is wholly unsatisfactory to me. I am speculating, with some reason to believe its true, but you are telling me its not, based on information on another board(which assuredly is speculative) that you can't share with me.

Is Allar visited another school right now, would Franklin pull his offer? Considering Franklin has one foot on a banana and the other in a grave, it would fracture his entire class and be totally illogical.

As quick as DDI is he could probably follow the footsteps of Parson and play LB for PSU.... Wonder if that thought has crossed Franklin and Diaz' minds....

He may be a better DE now, but PSU seems much weaker for 2022 at LB.........

He's certainly a freak. He may be a starter at DE from day 1.

Would we all have to chip in $1K a piece for NIL? Probably $100k a piece....

No question on CJF's class or work ethic or intent here. But fits in perfectly and sad sign of the times when coaches now have to recruit entire roster 365 days a year.
