takes place on 11/17 and 11/18, at the New York Athletic Club. The top 4 wrestlers at each weight class (of those that have not yet qualified for the 2024 US Olympic Trials) will be qualified for such.

A number of PSU alums and those with PSU connections are entered. I'll list them below in a separate post.

I'll be at a conference both days, so I won't be in a position to provide much information about how those with PSU connections do.

Please use this thread for all discussions about the Bill Farrell Memorial tournament.

We should have a double match at the BJC some time. Two smaller schools and then PSU vs name your team. The Barn deal last night appeared to be pretty cool.

Either have the entire small vs small first or mix them in.

Luke Lilledahl is the #1 seed at 57 kg. Not sure how that happens but he is a PSU commit

Whoops, while I was typing, others updated. sorry for cluttering the board

Very respectable vs Ringer. AD is 30 years old and certainly on of the best 86kg guys in the US.

Luke Lilledahl wins the Bill Farrell at 57Kg with a 5-1 win over Bilal from Pakistan. He wins on two nice takedowns and an activity point. Showed some great defense too; very slippery and heavy hips. Nice win for the PSU commit!

Ummmmm…….. He had a good tourney for his age, but he did not win the Bill Farrell.

My bad. That was the most screwed up coverage. On the screen on Flo it just said Finals. It didn’t say 3-4 or 3-5, so I just figured he made it because maybe Spencer Lee forfeited out after reaching the top 4.

Strangely, there wasn’t much mentioned on HR about Nolf manhandling Kemmerer or Marinelli?

HR is a place to stay away from.

The wrestling world revolves around State College

Nolf is a formidable international wrestler. So is Lee. Kem and Marinelli, not nearly so much.
