Edited to include Stanke. I put him at DH, but I think it is likely that he and Burkes split time catching. I also added Hise, and I'd expect him to compete to start on the weekends, along with a ton of other guys. I would imagine that no one is really locked into a starting role at this point. Bosma and Cotto are certainly penciled in as starters, but I'm not sure I'd consider them locked in yet.
D1 updated its schedule of Fall Ball and yes you are correct as they now list it as October 9
