He has come up with some really clutch hits, but I gotta say that Brandon Marsh looks like a homeless person with that ‘do of his.
No better feeling than getting a big hit after the batter before you gets an intentional walk.
Strahm gets the 8th. Who gets the 9th? Kerkering?? Maybe Sanchez?? No playoff innings for him yet.
Gotta think either Kerking or Lorenzen. Also, good to see Hoffman have a nice outing.
Tickets on stubhub for game 3 in Phoenix are going for $24.
Kerkering gives up 1 hit, but strikes out 3 in the top of the 9th.
Nola is making it hard for the Phillies to not re-sign him. Maybe he needs a focus coach during the regular season??
He's probably going to need to come down on his years for that to happen. If he's willing to come down to 5 or 6, he'll be in Philly. If not, someone like St Louis will swoop in.
Winning a WS may help temper Nola’s demands, run it back again for more.
Chicks dig the long ball….however, just heard this morning, the Phillies team ERA in the playoffs to this point is 1.39.
Or once he has a ring, he'll want to chase the money? Who knows.
Wow….excellent flying tackle by the security dude. It got me thinking that perhaps the Eagles could use his services given their lousy performance on Sunday.?
The Phillies players seemed to enjoy the hit. Went to play baseball and a football game broke out.
Maybe. But the MLB player code is to get the most money, period. It sets standards.
Hahaha, my wife says the exact same thing every time she sees him. She also said he looks like someone who smells bad LOL. I personally love him and have no problem with how he looks.
