Yes. Ideally, he is a DH, because his defense at first base is a liability. Unfortunately for him, the Phils have too many DH options.

I never tire of eating, or talking about, pies.

If you go to the 1st post in this thread, you'll see that the 2023 thread was started on Feb. 1. That's my target (give or take a few days) for starting the 2024 Phillies Thread.

I’ll miss Hoskins. I know there wasn’t room for him but he was a true Philladelphia Phillie. When he was hot, his home runs meant a lot to the lineup. I hope Rojas improves enough in center field to make letting Hoskins go the right move.

Rojas doesn’t need to improve in center, he needs to improve at the plate
