Partey being suspended for the first leg really hurt. Merino will be back up top with Partey holding in the center. Move Trossard back out wide where he belongs and bring Martinelli off the bench for some extra burst. Tie not over yet! A little magic from Rice again wouldn't hurt either ;)

PSG's defensive midfield were spectacular in the first half...missed the second half. I was in awe of how much work I believe it's Ruiz was doing. That guy was everywhere to receive every ball and was an option for anyone on the pitch. Chasing 1 isn't too deep a hole so that second leg should be pretty epic.

Yamal is on another level....he's like Messi, Jordan, or Barry Sanders.....if he is playing it's a must watch. His goal was insane, but that chip over and around the keeper that hit the top post was just insane skill.

The former Gladbach players (Sommer, Thuram--I've seen them both play in Borussia Park) beat the former Bayern players (Lewandowski, Rafinha). I loved that!

On a side note, Spurs will go onto the Europa Cup final, currently up 2-0 on Bodo/Glimt and 5-1 in aggregate.

In other news of 2 teams that don't deserve to be in the Champions league....Spurs and United battle it out on 5/21 for a free ticket to the Champions league. Spurs have own United this year, but United has yet to lose a game in Europe....so something has to give. Either way people are not too happy with the idea that either team will be in there next year....but it is what it is.

The following relates to the FA Cup. I figured the manager decides who takes a penalty kick. Given that he does not, how does Haaland not insist on taking it?
