Spectrum in Greenville somehow thinks that I want the Pac12 network. WHY?View attachment 330166
Not sure what relation the guy on the left is to Paopao. He has a niece who plays softball for Clemson. So maybe not so outrageous to think Te-hina might transfer here from the west coast. It seems like a lot of people are sleeping on her. Not a whole lot of buzz on twitter. Probably because very few ppl east of the Mississippi have the PAC-12 network. She's a good one, though. Former Team USA teammate of Sania Feagin.
Well, I like having the option. As a sports fan in general, I might want to see a late night game if I can't sleep..lolSpectrum in Greenville somehow thinks that I want the Pac12 network. WHY?
She’s looks damn good in the g & b. Her and/or her UO teammate Endyia Rogers have been at the top of my list as backcourt gets out of the portal since each entered their names in it. Te-Hina being from CA is the one big damper in getting her. Her and Raven as a starting backcourt next season would beView attachment 330166

I believe that's her uncle and apparently he has another niece at Clemson on their softball team. Hopefully she's Paopao cousin and that may help convince her family to let her stay across the country.View attachment 330166

You're doing the heavy hitting reporting we need. I'm surprised that she has Southern Cal in her top 3. Looks like staying relatively close to home didn't matter.I have a feeling Aneesah has not visited us yet and maybe not the other USC either. I feel like reports would come out of her being spotted. It has been reported that she will be in LSU this weekend.
She plays it close to the vest on social media as I have not seen any new follows or followers from these 3 teams. Raven and Coop are her only followers from our team. Raven did commenton her top 3 post.
PS I really need another hobby![]()
don't see Southern Cal at all. Either us or LSUYou're doing the heavy hitting reporting we need. I'm surprised that she has Southern Cal in her top 3. Looks like staying relatively close to home didn't matter.
I really thought either a Maryland or Notre Dame would be on her list.
I feel the same way but you never know, I'm sure the LA market will have plenty of NIL possibilities and she gets the opportunity to play with Juju Watkins as they turn that program around.don't see Southern Cal at all. Either us or LSU
so much for that 'report' from earlier this week that Morrow was a lock to Iowa - never believed it anywayWell, its down to us, So. Cal and LSU for Morrow.

South Carolina women's basketball in top 3 for elite transfer portal target Aneesah Morrow
Star DePaul forward Aneesah Morrow has included South Carolina women's basketball as one of her top 3 transfer destinations alongside LSU and USC.www.yahoo.com
exactly.don't see Southern Cal at all. Either us or LSU
I think that was one of the reasons, if not the reason, she left Maryland. Did not want to play the 5.It's hard to see Morrow and Reese together since they play the same position. Sure, Reese could play the 5 but she would have to guard players like Cardoso and Aliyah Edwards. Having LaDazhia guard 5's last year allowed Reese to stay out of foul trouble. Of course, I don't think we are the best fit basketball-wise either. However, Morrow probably doesn't know much about Feagin or Watkins besides they didn't play a lot last season.
I wouldn't rule out SoCal since they make the most sense in terms of a fit for her. But her decision might be about more than finding the perfect situation for her in basketball terms. Iowa fans got excited because Morrow would have been awesome on that team. More went into her decision, obviously.
So basically I have no idea which school she is going to choose.
Kind of the way I see it too. Was surprised UConn and Iowa was not included. Many thought she would end at one of those schools. Aneesah and Kamilla would make a lethal pair in the paint.don't see Southern Cal at all. Either us or LSU
I see Morrow more as a 3/4 on this roster. She'll have to transition to the 3 if she wants to go pro. Dawn would give her that opportunity to expand her game in that way.
I don't see Mulkey doing that at all. Especially considering that Reese has less range and post move this past season than she ever did at Maryland.
Get to see snow, midwestern folks are some of the nicest people in America, not as crime ridden as other places, higher wages with lower cost of livingWhy would you want to live in Iowa?
I didn't know that, but it makes sense. I remember we were in Reese's final schools when she was in high school. And when she transferred there was some talk she might come here. Even the taunting of Caitlin Clark seems to be, in part, due to her perceived slights against us in our game against Iowa. I think she would have liked to have played alongside Boston, if our roster wasn't so crowded.I think that was one of the reasons, if not the reason, she left Maryland. Did not want to play the 5.
She finally posted it so maybe there's a chance.
She would be playing a decent amount of midwestern road games in the Big 10 conference her senior season so that might help in a decision to play on the west coast. You're doing the heavy hitting reporting we need. Just looked through the old site to see if I could find any talk about Reese transferring here and I found this:

The post has now been edited to say that the poster was joking so who knows!Someone who seems to know a lot about LSU wbb on The Boneyard is saying that HVL told LSU no.
I think he was joking. Everything points to her going to LSU.The post has now been edited to say that the poster was joking so who knows!
I are probably right just wondering if she is going to take any other visits?I think he was joking. Everything points to her going to LSU.
Haven't heard of any visits besides LSU. Sounds like she had her mind made up prior to entering the portal. Most elite players probably have a pretty good idea but take a few visits anyway. We'll see if she gets out of Baton Rouge still uncommitted.I are probably right just wondering if she is going to take any other visits?
That Boneyard account by a LSU fan has chosen to take a sarcastic/mocking tone and at times it’s humorous if you understand what they’re doing, but oftentimes their posts end up confusing, which is too bad because they do seem to be a knowledgeable WBB fan. When I saw that they put out that HVL post, I took it with a grain of salt and waited for someone else to confirm it before I could believe their post to be true.Someone who seems to know a lot about LSU wbb on The Boneyard is saying that HVL told LSU no.
She often played the 4 and the 5 at DePaul(as noted by a previous post) and her team was often outmatched from a talent level this past season. The first UConn meetup was tough for everybody on DePaul but 2nd time they played Morrow very much held her own.I think it's clear that Morrow is considering Carolina and LSU because she wants to play the 3. And I don't think it's about offense as much as it is about the other end of the court. As you can see here, it's a lot to ask her to defend 4's against elite competition.

Of course, in the WNBA, everyone is elite, so to prepare for the next level Morrow needs playing time at the 3. We don't have an established player at that position. So if she wants playing time on a national championship contender who consistently puts its players in the WNBA, then Carolina is a good fit.
I'm a little concerned that LSU offers similar promise, plus Mulkey is willing to play her best players 35 minutes a game. Hopefully, the results of the draft will convince Morrow that limited playing time will not harm her WNBA chances and may even pro long her basketball career.
FINALLY!!
