Probably some obscure NCAA reg. We can give him a brown bag with hundreds in it, or a car, but if another recruit makes a vague commitment post we probably lose five scholarships.

Brewer looks to be a TE, OT or DT. nice if they can get a player like him who could wind up playing in any of those slots. also looks to be a good wrestler, which is a nice skill for OL or DT.
