it's about what the Ravens are going through. Thier kicker was at the top, and then struggled mightly, especially last week. Something must be in the water for these top kickers.

DeVonta Smith remains out of Eagles practice

Eagles wide receiver DeVonta Smith has been dealing with a hamstring injury for several weeks and his approach is a bit different heading into this week's game against the Rams.

Wow. Interesting to see both Eagles OTs as positive outliers. Winning starts in the trenches.

Uh-oh. Devonta out this week. Dotson needs to step up.

Covey to replace him?

Is he back for sure?

I don’t think they have to decide by Sunday

Covey to replace him?

Eagles activate Britain Covey from injured reserve

DeVonta Smith won't be available at wide receiver for the Eagles against the Rams on Sunday, but they will have Britain Covey.

The Eagles don't have to fly to a road game for the rest of the season. They have 4 home games and 2 road games at Balt and Wash.
Small edge for the Birds, but those small edges can add up.

I was wondering what happened to Boston Scott, kinda glad the Eagles didnt need to sign him, probably would have meant someone got hurt....

Commanders worked out Boston Scott, James Robinson

The Commanders are banged up at running back, so they took a look at two veteran free agents on Tuesday.

There's no perfect solution for replacing BG (with what is on the roster). I'm not crazy about the idea of sliding DT Milton Williams to DE, as he seems to be the DT that works best with DT Carter. My guess (absolutely no inside knowledge) is that Tarron Jackson is the player (from amongst Jalyx Hunt, Charles Harris, Ochaun Mathis, K.J. Henry, and Tarron Jackson) that sees the most snaps, at least against the Ravens.

I think I mentioned this on another thread, but I see Vince Papale & fantastic PSU athlete wife Janet quite a bit. We also get to see daughter Gabby a lot, which is great. For obvious reasons.
