It has nothing to do with moe or poon. It is a pretty simple concept. If it isn't the government's business how Americans earn their livings, then selling narcotics to earn a living is not their concern either.

The fact is the government absolutely has, and should have, an interest in how Americans earn a living to ensure the way we earn our living is not causing a detriment to society. I am amazed people would argue this point.

Whether you want to include prostitution in that group of professions is a different discussion altogether.

Didn't say government don't or shouldn't have a say in how we earn a living .
Being a hit man is illegal for good reason . Selling drugs on the street is illegal for good reasons. Being a prostitute should not be illegal because it causes no harm and in fact helps people to be healthy.
I could be wrong but the way I see things is if what I'm doing is causing no harm to others what's it anyone's business.

Got it. Then we agree the government should have a say in how we earn our living since being a hit man is illegal for a good reason. The problem is you said this:
