This Phillies lineup could ruin a Roman orgy. Just awful.
Runners left in scoring position is going to be the epitaph of the 2025 Phillies0 for 9 with RISP thru 6. They had 1st & 3rd with not out in the bottom of the 6th, and couldn't get a runner home. smh
Today is exhibit #192 of why it will be good to blow this team up after 2025.Runners left in scoring position is going to be the epitaph of the 2025 Phillies
Of the 9 teams with highest left in scoring position per game, 8 are currently playoff teams. Probably because they put more runners in scoring position. Hopefully for the phils, that will regress to the mean when it matters.Runners left in scoring position is going to be the epitaph of the 2025 Phillies
Chase Burns is gonna be good. Gotta take advantage of his inexperience now. He’ll be an ace sooner than later.
Burns was really impressive, and barring injuries, he'll be even better with a little more experience. He has some nasty stuff.
It kind of sucks, but the NL has several SSs that are having great seasons. Lindor (Mets) was voted in as the starter. De La Cruz (Reds), Abrams (Nationals), and Perdomo (Arizona), in addition to Turner, all made great cases this season to be picked to the team. De La Cruz is the only one picked as a reserve for the All-Star team.
Yes. He was locked in today. The biggest mistake the Reds made was taking him out. The Phillies lineup had nothing for him. He located his pitches well, threw good heat, and changed speeds well. He’s good.Burns was really impressive, and barring injuries, he'll be even better with a little more experience. He has some nasty stuff.
Yeah, he’s the real deal. I really like him.
