Was it ever said what went wrong with Izzy and PSU?

Allegedly very possessive boyfriend (ex PSU hockey player) , she shows up to practice with unexplained marks/bruises, teammates worried enough to tell coaches, Izzy leaves team, etc.

edit - boyfriend from Pittsburgh, so it looks like she’s following him

I’m not sure why she couldn’t continue at PSU.

Please use this thread to discuss the PSU WVB 2025 summer/fall season, the postseason (B1Gs & NCAAs), and then offseason news about the team, former players, etc. Hopefully, their 2025 season will be every bit as entertaining, enjoyable, and successful as their 2024 season.

There was lots of news concerning PSU WVB in the 2024 PSU WVB Thread. If you need to find any of that, you can do so at:

Is there a specific reason for 17 conference games (other than the obvious playing each team once)? Seems like 18 games would make more sense and it’s not a big deal to have there be one team you play home and away in a season (ie wouldn’t make the schedule unbalanced much).

I feel like the uneven number of home games is a worse problem than having a single team you play twice.
