I didn’t realize how many transfers Oregon has. They are Indiana West with all their transfers. The focus on roster replenishment has certainly changed. It seems like Franklin gets that and is trying to hit the portal harder than ever.

Oregon has Dante Moore, who was a 5 star to portalled in from UCLA when Chip Kelly left. I don't think it's much of a drop off athletically from the current QB.

Ohio State's QB is loaded - 4/5 stars, and pretty sure several of them have experience.

Don't know about IU, but I just don't see Cignetti having the same year as he has had this year.

This. Some of these schools portal in their starting QB every year, not to mention other key positions.

Hard to determine who they will get/lose in portal. Same with us.
