2026 B1G Tourney Session I Thread

Not sure if BTN+ gets to carry the semis tonight and medal rounds tomorrow. I was under the impression that BTN+ was golden for the whole tourney. But then I saw the breakdown below on the PSWC website. Maybe their reference to BTN encompasses both BTN/BTN+ and the standalone reference to BTN+ just reflects sessions that will be covered ONLY on that platform.

pretty sure BTN+ will still have the mat view for 3rd and 5th place. those two kinda get left out as long as the 1st place match is still going. For tonight, there's consolations on mats 1 and 4 for BTN+ and semis on 2 and 3. I think BTN+ still has the mat view for semis too.

I heard a few people say that Davis was going to open some eyes in this tournament, but I really wasn’t seeing it. Lo and behold, I was right.

PSU goes 11-1 in the first 2 rounds, and you’re patting yourself on the back that you saw the 1 loss coming, lol.

I’m not patting myself on the back (sorry if it came off that way), but I just don’t believe in Davis this season. He’s too inconsistent, unlike Mirasola who has been improving throughout the year. I know the plan was for him to redshirt this year, and he deserves the accolades for being a team player and burning the shirt. Hopefully he can build up his strength and conditioning so that he’s more prepared next season.
