Listen, I am not wrestling these matches, but Little does not strike me as the most match savvy wrestler. Sheesh.

I think he froze because of the situation occurring in SV rather than regulation, where you could call the 3 but let the pin attempt play out. Once he didn't call 3 upon the introduction of Robideau's near hip to the floor, his mistakes compounded. Then he called 3 when PJ was more in the air with it. Which is what allowed the idiots reviewing it to overthink themselves into an atrocity.

But at least he called 3....
Yes. But they review the entire sequence. Not just that moment. Which means they saw the clear takedown. Its either blatant corruption or incompetence by the review official. Take your pick.

How about the no stall calls on Robideau despite ZERO offensive attacks in 8+ minutes of Neutral wrestling????? Only in Folk is this bs rewarded - Robideau would have been nailed repeatedly for passivity in Free as Duke took all the shots and was the wrestler "taking ground" (and Robideau backing up) the entire match in Neutral.

I’ll save my breath about that abomination of reffing in the Duke match.

Jake Van Dee pulled off a tough feat. Lost his first match, then won in OT, 4-2, 12-1 and 2-1 just to earn his second AA. He’s from my wife’s hometown which is about 15 minutes away from where I grew up. I’ve been able to watch him scrap since he was a kid and talk with him a handful of times too. Super nice person, very happy for him

Would have been better to have not called it at all and just have PJ deck his ***.

I'm about 15 minutes from union city. Van Dee is always a guy I cheer for. Awesome to see.

It's kind of curious that we see some really questionable officiating when gambling has more pronounced.

You will never be able to convince me that some people who can determine the outcome don't have a financial stake. That's the only way that some of these mistakes make any sense. No one can rise to the very top and be so incomptetent.
