Donny ball must go - how do you have Harper trying to steal second base rather than De Le Cruz in overtime? You still have a left hand bat available.
They might make the playoffs in spite of Donny.

FYI, analysis indicates that the typical MLB manager makes a difference of maybe 1 to 4 games per season. Look it up on your favorite AI app if you doubt it.

So line drive singles and doubles from multiple players works out better than swinging for the fences with a few HRs and multiple Strikeouts?

Could be a good trend. Arraez changing the Phillies offense overall?

Over a large sample size, small ball will yield fewer runs and likely fewer wins.

However, a playoff series is a different story.
