In his 7 starts since coming back to the majors, Painter has a 3.13 ERA.

Why is Turner playing every day? His hitting is terrible and he is one of the worst shortstops in the league. Sosa would be an improvement.

His career average is .291. He’s gone through a long slump before and broke out in dramatic fashion. He will eventually regress back to the mean, even if that mean is now more like .285.

Another strong outing from Painter! Fantastic! Getting great starts from Nola and Painter down the stretch is pivotal! GREAT road trip!
