PSU finally has a good ending. They tied the game in the bottom of the 9th, and then win the game in the 11th.

Ugh, very disappointing start for a team that was thought to be able to push in to the top half of the conference. Offense has not clicked and pitching, which was the teams questionable spot, has been worse than hoped so far. Team really needed to be above 500 before going in to conference play this weekend. Losing 2-3 to Richmond and ISU and losing both to Gtown cant happen if you want to get to the regionals. Lost to a bad Air Force team and got destroyed by Texas Tech in 3 games. TTech is 175 in the RPI. This is quickly becoming a bad season as their next 7 games are all against better teams. They are lucky with no USC and UCLA on the schedule
