Tom, I can’t find the image of all the PSU swag laid out for this weekends visitors on the bed comforter . If you can get McAndrew board logo tongs , we can contribute to the cost .
And Tom posted a couple days ago in the thread about the state college RB and the Juco DT. Two more probably won’t bump them up above UCLA or Wisconsin but if those guys lose anyone it might.I see that with the last WR Commit we have crept out of the B1G 2026 Team Rankings basement and have surpassed Nebraska. Coincidentally it was via another recruit from the state of Nebraska!
I am pleasantly surprised we are putting together a real recruiting class. I wonder if we are going national with recruiting or perhaps this midwest focus is just situational until CMC and the new staff get acclimated to the east coast in a normal recruiting cycle.I see that with the last WR Commit we have crept out of the B1G 2026 Team Rankings basement and have surpassed Nebraska. If Bielma offered him, says it all for me.So, PSU offered this kid out of HS but Iowa didn’t? Interesting.

I think it's to make sure we have bodies right now, the best ones we could get because of what happened this year. I am sure recruiting is going to take a jump next year.
CMC will find more 3 star NFL players than you are used to at Penn State. My kid played at Toledo with Greg Manz and Kareem Hunt. You might know them, NFL lineman and NFL running back. Add that to the 4 and 5 stars who I think they will sign in the future. I told ISU fans early on to give him a chance and they would reach levels never seen at ISU. I will be excited to root for PSU in the future.I I think it's to make sure we have bodies right now, the best ones we could get because of what happened this year. Thanks for the info, I'm quite happy with Campbell.CMC will find more 3 star NFL players than you are used to at Penn State. My kid played at Toledo with Greg Manz and Kareem Hunt. Good news:
You aren’t kidding. 6’6” 210 lbs. We need to send the kid some WaWa and Sheetz grub ASAP.Great add. Great length, twitch, great bend and has some pass rushing skills for a young player; nice spin move, hand swiping. He needs 30 to 40 lbs to play in the B10
The comp has been made to Coleman. We will see how they both do in a year or two. Both need to get much stronger to play the run effectively. Chaz is a situational pass rusher at best right now; he is a liability in the run game as everyone who watched him saw clearly. Coleman is closer to full development at 245 but he is not very strong.Pethaps a Chaz Coleman type? Athletic but needs time to gain weight and strength. Really good find by this staff.
I hope they both have successful careers. Chaz had 13 D1 offers coming out of Ohio and was a top 10 recruit in the state. Reeder, is a top 10 recruit out of NJ, but his offer list was very short. Hopefully, Campbell found a diamond in the rough.Pethaps a Chaz Coleman type? Athletic but needs time to gain weight and strength. Really good find by this staff.

Relax Francis. It’s a message board to discuss things. Not everyone has to have the exact same take or opinion on things. Don’t take everything so personal. And Fernando Mendoza was only offered by Cal, FIU, Bryant and Lehigh and we know how that turned out. Trying to compare recruits based on the number of offers they received is not a useful metric Coleman was an Ohio player who was not recruited by Ohio State until after Penn State offered. Does that mean anything? No.
If you want to compare recruits look at their respective films and assess their traits. So, what did you see on film that made Coleman stand out to you compared to Reeder. I watched Reeders tape and I see I player with a 6'8 wingspan, runs the 40-yard dash in 4.61 seconds and possesses a three-sport-athlete's competitive edge. He demonstrates relentless effort from whistle to whistle and has excellent bend to come off the edge. So, why was he not more highly recruited? Many reasons for this. Location of the school (Bayville, NJ is not a hot bed of talent), did not participate in camps, shut down his recruitment early, not competitive program, schools were not willing to invest in a player who needed to increase the body weight by 25%, and more. Is he a sure thing? No. But neither is any recruit. Reeder needs to put on 50lb to play the DE position at a big time program, so he is surely a developmental player. In contrast, Coleman is 245 but was a pinata in the run game, he too needed time. Did I liike Chaz.. Yes. Would I have liked him to stay? Yes. Is he the next Joey Bosa. Highly doubt it. Neither recruit is a finished product. We will see what the finished product looks like.
I do not take anything personally here and is why I do not resort to name calling or tell you to "relax". And you are right. It is a message board and if something appears silly you will likely get push back. I just find your consistent negative takes on everything this new coaching staff does annoying; especially because these comments consistently lack any critical acumen. When I do come across these intentional or thoughtless distortions I like to correct the record. You just make if very easy.Relax Francis. It’s a message board to discuss things. I simply pointed out their offer lists. That’s factual info free to anyone.
