She also follows Caleb Wilson and Kyan Evans. This feels like a "watch what they do" thing.Re Bjorn:
I believe it’s down to us, Iowa, and hometown Kansas (last OV). Iowa and Kansas have offered more NIL than we have. Iowa in particular and it’s why I think she goes there. She’s got best friend Kate here, McKenna at Iowa, and hometownish Kansas.
She has followed our entire team on Instagram as well as all coaches. Come home, Addison!
Works for me!Addison Bjorn will be a Tar Heel![]()
Talia has had Iowa at 60% for Bjorn for a good while now.Is that good news, or bad news? I cannot decide.
nvm seems like KU. was basing it off skim milkey tweetsSaid whom?
You’re right. Crap. Slim and 94 Feet are rarely wrong.nvm seems like KU. was basing it off skim milkey tweets
I was told ~300Great stuff! Any idea how much more Iowa offered?
good lord. That is certainly enough to matter.I was told ~300
The Texas post for was for Crittendon. She just announced.nvm seems like KU. was basing it off skim milkey tweets
She could be a good one.Welcome home, Noelle! Our defense and rim protection >>>>>
We would then shift into retention mode. Keep in mind we are only losing Indy and Nyla Harris due to graduation. The addition of Harpring and Bofia puts us back at the 15-limit. They will certainly be 1-2 more x-fer out due to PT- which you can have a good indication of by the middle of January. I would never state names on here and would hope others would not as well, but numbers/stats don't lie as well as looking at things like remaining eligibility, watching them/seeing what they do, etc. Every one of our previous xfers the last few year show signs via 5th year, body language, dwindling min, etc.2 Class recruits it will be for 26. See what the portal will bring.
Guess well see by Mid January if not earlier who is on the bench more and not getting playing time, those are the ones who highly indicate transfer portal?We would then shift into retention mode. On paper, with just returners and our addition of our 2, we look like a really good, athletic, and well-built team.
Which ever program Addison joins, she and her family have done a THOROUGH vetting. So her decision will be informed and honestly, I don't think it will be biased. Many have her picking Iowa, and I honestly hope she doesn't. Mainly because I love the quiet process she's taken to make a super important decision and all the “insiders” act as if they have inside intel.
We know everything is big in TX and that means $$ too.Bjorn was one of the last two top 30 recruits to commit. She officially visited 7 schools late and reportedly did not eliminate any of them (possibly dook, but hard to tell.)
So I think the scenario here is that she identified a half dozen schools she was comfortable with, then allowed her agent to see who would bid the most. This worked great as multiple programs pushed in their remaining resources after lost recruiting battles all towards her. Basically a bidding war.
If you are ranked this high, this is how you play the game. Unless fit or dream school is your top priority. She clearly did not fall for the "you must commit now or your spot may be gone" pitch.
<all speculation, no inside info>
nah it is pretty clear we are a legit finalist. My guess is that we were given the chance to match her best offer, but could not.So she followed our staff and players out of courtesy
