Thought I'd start this thread. Offers that I know. Probably more. FITM is good at attaching the offer announcements.

#24 Madi Mignery - Guard from - Florida

#28 Harper Dunn - 6' 6" Center - New Mexico

#35 Destiny Manyawu - 6' 3" PF - Kansas City

EDIT - Jada Seubert #1 ranked guard from Wisconsin (COMMITTED)

Edit: Offered #1 recruit Kaleena Smith - guard from California

Edit: Didn't make her cut, Offered #23 center Sydney Mobley from Ohio

Edit: Brinley Altenburg - 5'11 guard from South Dakota, ranked #1 in the state

Nice to see Seubert is taking an early unofficial visit to Iowa on the Penn State weekend. Solid range from the arc. Can play either guard position.

If Jan could somehow pull the number one California player to Iowa for the third year in a row, that would be amazing

I've seen Kaleena Smith in-person. She is all that and a bag of chips!

She's super-quick and makes passes others can only dream about (if they even think of these plays at all), can shoot the 3 REALLY well, and is a pest on the other end.

And don't worry about her small frame, she's plenty strong. Online, I watched her snatch the ball right out of the much bigger Jerzy Robinson's hands in a clutch playoff game situation.

UCLA and USC will bring the brinks trucks for her. She’ll be a home state hero. It’ll be fun to see how this plays out.

Kaleena , she’s unreal. I can’t believe we even have a shot at her. Please please please! 2 California five stars can’t hurt a bit.
You are right - she is unbelievable. She has the ball on a string, can make crazy buckets, and her passes are a thing of beauty - every team will be falling all over themselves to get her. She's the best player in 2027 by a wide margin!

In the last two weekends, the Hawks have brought in four 2027 prospects for unofficial visits:

- Guard Jada Seubert - #1 Wisconsin recruit
- PF Addison Medeck - Nebraska
- Guard Brinley Altenburg - South Dakota
- Combo Guard Pressley Watkins - Minnesota

Definitely a lot of focus on Midwest players. These young ladies had to be impressed with the Iowa fans.

Ranked 35th but with a five star it shows? Would that be right? One site has her at 6’3” and another one has her at 6’4”. is JJ even looking at her?

I see that ESPN has her rank 32 with four stars.

She probably noticed that Iowa is set at center for a couple years.
Heiden would be a senior and Hays a junior her freshman year.. the perfect time to start a new protege.. if interest went both ways Iowa would be a finalist.. especially in the era of the portal she doesn’t know what any of those rosters will look like in. 2 years.

Four assumes Kennise Johnson is offered and takes a redshirt. If she doesn’t, they will have five open scholarships.

I strongly suspect that it will be mutually agreed upon that Johnson will move on after next year. It's a win-win; it allows Johnson a chance to get more playing time while gaining new experiences at another program while IA frees up an extra ride.

Certainly not an unknown, arguably top 2027 prospect in Illinois High School. Both parents have Iowa roots (Des Moines area). Lily Fisher, Libertyville IL (North Shore Chicago). Sister is currently playing at University of Nebraska.

Some nice players in the midwest for '27. Having Stremlow and Mallegni from Wisconsin can't hurt for Seubert.

Fisher isn't far from Iowa City--hopefully doesn't want to follow her sister to Nebraska (assuming she gets offered by Iowa). Watching her highlights I'd say she seems pretty comparable to Bjorn. I hope Jensen offers her, but maybe she has priorities set. ??

Watkins (#2 MN.) has been on an unofficial already.

Manyawu seems a good possibility. 6'3 ✨
