Angelo is not as good on top as AJ, but he's a much cleaner leg attacker. He can attack both sides in a variety of ways. AJ is mostly a straight-on, power wrestler.

To add on, I think we see Angelo have a Starocci like bonus trajectory. Not a super high bonus rate this year against NQ talent. Starts picking up majors next year. Not a whole lot of early stoppages until his junior or senior year. Timeline would accelerate quickly if he picks up a reliable turn on top.
Wyoming has National Duals and Soldier Salute on schedule for possible matchups.
Still time for another transfer or two before he's officially out of eligibility. What a waste! Kid's family has done him wrong (pay attention Bo).
Get to see what Endene potential is with match against Stout, or maybe Ludington goes. I think Pitt has a good heavy also if Big Ben is back by then. Bellarmine sold out atmosphere was great last year, hope Carver brings it this year.
Thought the same for endene and I think Pitts heavy is Dayton Pitzer? Dont know if he has eligibility left who Ben beat in the blood round last year

Brown is with Pitt, redshirt last year. Had some decent wins and took Paniro into overtime but then Paniro does like him some close matches. If Williams is our 49 he would be pretty good favorite but anyone else should be a good match.
Although rather brief, the Teemer match would have been worth the price of admission. I'm pretty sure Ive never seen a half Nelson feet to back more brutal than that.
Don’t remember if they recruited Kade, but Iowa did try to bring his younger brother Karson (class of 2026) out on an official visit last fall. Think Karson committed before he could take the visit.

True that! And though most of our opponents during the meet weren’t close to the talent level and ended up getting beat, I was impressed with their preparation and determination; they came to let it fly knowing full well they’d get crushed.
Second that Nashville. There was no backing down in that team, they got a good coach there.
Brown, Keslar, Augustine, Stout, Pitzer...what a great dual. A real chance to get a 5-5 split against a team from PA!

Remove Stanford. Dont think they are on the schedule this year.
I thought we owed Stanford, typically we do home and away? You’d probably know more than me. Where is the uncivil war held?

You are right, they usually do a home and away. Maybe it's still in the works but, Stanford released their home/away opponents, and Iowa wasn't on it. Also, the HWC newsletter made no mention of Stanford either.
The Uncivil War will be Dec 12th at Hannibal HS in Hannibal MO.
Not sure if the Nat Duals will be "official" matches or not.
Jan 9 is CFB semifinal. I'll record the Wisky meet if its on tv.

Wonder why it takes Iowa so long to release the official schedule on their website. Were less than a month away and still only have big ten schedule.
So Iowa has just 4 home meets this season and no non-conference meets?
Always late and never heard why Iowa U waits so long for schedule release. Funny how were on others teams schedules but not on our own.
