Hutcherson at 190 is quick as a cat!Goes down to Hutcherson who looks real good at 190. Have to think he is a HWT at the next level, maybe a big 197
If you didn't watch the match, I get how you came to that conclusion based on the score, but that was not a a handling. Mocco led almost the entire match. If you haven't watched, highly recommend. Great battle between two monsters.Gotta say, a guy I’m impressed with who isn’t in the finals is Chase Karenbauer. His only loss all tournament was to Kenney (NJ) on criteria in a 3-3 match in the quarterfinals. He otherwise outscored his opponents something like 91-5 en route to taking 3rd.
Another guy who impressed me was Coby Merrill. He ran through Bechtold and later handled Michael Mocco 9-4. ISU looks like they got another good one
If a tree falls in a forest with no one around to hear it, does it make a sound?will pa win Greco?
If a tree tries to fall on Jax Forrest, Forrest would probably go behind and fall on the tree instead. Just ask Vito.If a tree falls in a forest with no one around to hear it, does it make a sound?
Watching vito i think most high end guy would run around him after the first period of first matchIf a tree tries to fall on Jax Forrest, Forrest would probably go behind and fall on the tree instead. Just ask Vito.
Here is great evidence that Greco is a different sport altogether.
DeSilva just graduated. This past year he placed 5th at NE Regionals, then went 0-2 at states (losing by 16-0 and F 2:22) -- his opponents both went 1-2 at states. In his entire HS career, he never beat a state qualifier. And he just obliterated Raney.
Also how unpredictable Greco is. Raney took 5th at U17 Greco Worlds last year.

That's a really good question. I can't find any news of him committing to a college program, even the Northern Michigan specialist Greco program. Maybe he's going directly into a military program? In any case, he clearly has ability and it would be a real shame if he didn't continue in the sport (assuming he wants to).To add to your last point- DeSilva also took 4th at Fargo last year while Raney taking 5th in the World, he has made jumps, but Greco is also just wild. I am curious what he does training-wise going forward. He clearly is a potential prospect for Greco teams in the US, but as a specialist I am curious what he will do
Luis alberto-desilva -- What high school does he go to and what grade is he going into. Never heard of him. Just saw a video. Looked dominant.

What’s Brunson got to do with freestyle?Peasants! Be grateful we haven't brought back the ball grab. Yet.
Howard will be a top recruit. The kid heat beat in the finals (Bacon) is also one to watch, a year younger than Howard and not far off talent wise. Fun fact: Bacon’s little sister is nationally credentialed as well.Camryn Howard is super impressive. Another KD Trained kid.
I tried to buy their wrestling mats but someone in curwensville beat me to it.Worked there for 7 years, starting right after you left. Sad to see it closing. Dave and Ken are good people.
Update: DT just flipped him to OSU. Sky's the limit there.Kid in the semis, Michael White, started wrestling as a freshman. Committed to Minnesota. Big time upside at 184/197 in a few years. Excited so see what Kemerer does with him.
Up right now on Mat 7.
