I agree. Wylie played well the other day. Tatsch has played well. Campbell and Rojas are really valuable. Arrington waiting in the wings.
USC boards saying good riddance to Lynn. He was a hot name a few years. Haven’t thought of USC defense as overly strong, so not sure we should be expecting some version of the ‘85 bears next year….
We did the same thing with Franklin. Lynn did a great job at UCLA and the defense improved every year at usc under Lynn. And he helped them get the number one class in the nation. The usc fans are angry so that's understandable. These same fans were thrilled he stayed at usc last year.

CMC is’ obviously’ not going to bring all of them in. His new team‘s roster has significantly more top end players than what he had there. I wouldn’t be surprised if more than half a dozen joined him though and that most of those 42 end up back in Ames

You can transfer one time, anything after that you have to sit out a year. Need to stop these transfer every year guys. Basketball is even worse.

They had a couple good DBs and that TE is a stud. Sowell is a legit WR. Maybe an OL? Wasn’t there a DT too that was productive?
If we’re going Grunk>Becht. What’s the deal with their backup? He seems highly rated on some of these sites. Top tenish qb in the portal? Maybe as a backup here to help build back that room?

I would assume so, hopefully Martin and Hayes saty and we have 3 solid RB or more. I assume the QB, TE, a CB or two and a few others come too

If Grok can be trusted, 16 is no where close to being accurate. They are probably down to 40-60 players left. Still a ton of attrition, though.
