If anyone’s asking, yes, that’s how it’s signed.

Let's say a player never enters the portal but enrolls at a new school. Can anyone stop him from playing there?

1. there are no rules. 2. NCAA has no teeth

There's rules--they're just no ramifications for ignoring them lol
Ultimately--Ferrelli decided to go Ole Miss and Dabo is just angry because he hates the portal--he finally tried to work the portal then this happened.
Ferrelli committed to Arizona then Stanford and then Cal before ever signing with a team--he then committed to Clemson then Ole Miss
Nothing new for Ferrelli. Dabo pretending to be shocked by this is kind of funny honestly.

Has ole miss issued a statement about the Luke Ferrelli situation? I couldn’t find anything. Maybe they’re just hoping that it blows over.

If you chase excellence, the money will follow. If you chase money, you will most likely self-destruct. And for God's sake have a plan.

Bad decisions aren't anyone's fault but the one making them
It's not any different than millions of others who weren't smart enough for college aside from the fact they were handed cash and an opportunity

Poor guys, can’t figure out how to hold on to millions.
Those life lessons should have been taught well before college. With that being said, these programs should provide a mandatory course on finances, investing, scams, life after football, mental health etc. it should be a full semester (or more) and attendance is a requirement to play.

Agree a 1000%. Turning these entitled athletes into men used to be a part of the college experience. They used to learn to value education and what it takes to be successful in life or at least that was part of the experience for some programs.
Now it's just show me the money.

We shouldn't overlook the influence of families on these situations either. I'm certain, having worked with hundreds of families for more than 40 years, that a lot of kids are being pushed into situations that they would not typically. In this current environment longer term solutions, like study and get that four year degree, just aren't valued. "Get your bag now!" thinking isn't new. Just that the means have changed...again.

I saw Tyseer Denmark signed with VT - strange since Franklin never have him a chance to play at PSU and gave more money and playing time to Liam Clifford.

False. They gave him a chance. His first target want through his hands and hit him in the facemask. Would have been a td.

What did he do to earn more playing time?

Why didn't terry smith play him?

Will you spend next year complaining about players not playing up to their nil?100+ players won't all produce exactly to the level of their deal. Guarantee there will be players every season that underperform their deal.

Your right he didn’t catch the ONE pass thrown to him so he was a bust - you post makes zero sense.

It was more than one target.

He had zero targets, zero reps in the bowl when Smith was coaching. Ironic that some expected him to stay with the coach who gave him zero reps..

You forgot... how to tell all your "buddies" to go pound sand when they come asking for money.

Tikey Hayes -- What is the latest I don't think he landed anywhere I would love as a PSU fan for him back in the Blue and White

The grass is not always greener.

That said, I think the young man has been replaced. And should Spell commit, he would be better off not coming back to HV.

Wow, this could be real interesting. I don’t know what all of the intricacies of these deals are, but if you can get away with a tampering, then why even have the portal.
Impressive that even when there are basically no rules, these SEC programs STILL manage to break the rules.
