@LionJim -- you want one thread for the entire tournament? Or a thread for each day of the tournament (especially the 1st two weekends)? Either one works for me -- what's your preference?

I guess we could play it by ear, as they say. Whatever stokes the most interest is the way to go. If I had to choose I’d go with Thursday-Sunday threads. (First two rounds, then Sweet 16/Elite Eight.) I edited. We’ll muddle through however it goes.

Creighton-Louisville might be a great game. I’m pulling for the Jesuits.

Went nuts is just about right. They’re playing well, Creighton, faking the 3s and then driving, making good passes. They are a well coached team. Louisville needs to make a run soon.

Creighton has outstanding floor spacing. #5 (Neal) is a dude. Point guard (Ashworrth is a consummate floor general and Kalkbrenner is a stud. Good opening game for them.

I missed the Creighton run late in the first half. The two teams have been within five points if you take away that run.

Creighton is focused. One of their players missed an easy slam and picked up a foul in the first half and just went back to his business.

I didn’t see Louisville get any closer than 11. Louisville going home. I’m on top of the table!

Missed FT: people freeze in the headlights. I can remember Chris Mullen missing two late in an NCAA tournament game, St. John’s loses a heartbreaker.

So far, Creighton is my only miss ... and as I showed in the betting thread, I didn't feel comfortable with that one ... I haven't liked picking either of those teams at all this year.

Saw them play earlier this year … never saw a team look as bad as they did at the D1 level. Couldn’t pass, shoot, move, defend. It was crazy. I know college teams have ups and downs, but this looked different. They looked like legitimately horrible players, not just guys who were ice cold, pressing or just sloppy. They looked even worse than PSU did in that Illinois blowout. After that, I had no faith in them. They were number 1 on my tourney upset list.
