Pretty happy FS is right away, we typically have to wait until the end of the tourney (at least I think we do).

Duke with a great draw!! Super tough 2nd match against Kaipanov but if he loses Kaipanov should make the finals. Tons of heavy hitters on the opposite side including Aoyagi, Yazdani, and Kazryk. Duke has a great opportunity to place
Yes, that is definitely a good part about that draw assuming he gets out of Round 1 as expected.

You and me both! I can't tell you how many times I had the opening date of an event stuck in my head only to get to that week and realize that the men's freestyle is actually the following week.

Much respect to those of you that start the day at 4:30 tomorrow morning. I'll get home from the football game around 1 a.m. so figure at best case I'll be rocking and rolling by six tomorrow. But, we shall see!

Levi with a good draw to medal. Gets the defending world champ in the quarters. Whoever wins that should make the finals

Zahid, Ghasempour, and Kadiev all on the same side. Ghasempour and Kadiev meet in the quarterfinals with the winner most likely seeing Zahid in the semis

Carr with a tough draw. Same side as Sidakov, Valiev, Ramazanov and others. Will be a tough road to place

Looking like I can sleep in an extra hour. Duke and Jax should roll round 1 and Wyatt not up for a bit. Zahid has a decent guy, but not worried.

I can’t size up international competition. Last year’s world champ doesn’t guarantee anything in most weights. I’m most confident in Zahid and Lee for titles. PJ, Hidlay, Snyder, and Levi all hold their ground well and placing seems like the bar. Forrest is so funky, he could win it or go 0-1 but will 100% be entertaining. Capt America will need to beat a few grizzly bears to medal. Will his leg attacks trump the tie and push? Carr and Woods both have a chance to shine, will be happy with a few wins, medaling would be great.
