More quick work by Jasmine Robinson with the fall in about a minute.

Edited to add Audrey Jiminez was down 0-6 and scored 12 unanswered. She looked stronger from the get-go but just goofed up for a 4 and a 2. It was quite a fight.

Kylie Welker took 39 seconds for a 5 point and some turns to get into semifinals.

Jasmine Robertson into semifinals.

Edited to add Audrey Jiminez over Jiminez tech fall 10-0 in a minute and 46 seconds to get into semifinals. That's 3 for 3 women into semifinals.

Beka lost his quarterfinal to Abdiiev 2-1. Still a good chance at bronze hopefully.

Edited to add Max Black into Greco semis with an 8-0 tech fall. Will wrestle at least for bronze.

Tom would rather this board be full of links and copied articles rather than actual discussions? And don't take this the wrong way or think I'm starting trouble. I'm genuinely curious because I have noticed a shift.
We read what we have time for, and are mostly content….

… in sharp contrast to the ten thousand versions of griping about our current football situation!

We post links and articles. Sometimes we discuss them, sometimes not. Either way, lots of info available in one place.

Don't read more into it than that.
I have just noticed many more lately and was wondering why. The old boards barely had any

So I came home to find all three women in their finals, Otto Black winning bronze (by injury default, but we'll take it), Beka in the bronze repechage and Max Black into the bronze match. Congrats all around.

You may not want to ask the preferences of this board.

The morning report not as cheerful as yesterday - Beka will not be in the bronze match, but should pick up a few points. Cecilia Williams is out, Brooklyn Hays is out, Isabella Mir and Cristelle Rodriguez both lost and are waiting for their opponent to win a semifinal.

Everyone has to scroll not just me 🤣 Doesn't bother me at all since I don't have social media I see them here 🤷
Corby, one thing I agree with you on. It has been more (too much) and not what I prefer, but I have given up on it.

Bracket draw info is starting to come out. Haines-Yousefi will be an opening round matchup at 79 kilograms:

Well at least the loser should get pulled into repechage. Brutal first match. Absolutely the 2 favorites

Blaze on the easier side but still pretty tough. His first match is against Bilol Sharip Uulu, KGZ - 2024 U23 World Bronze, 2022 U17 World Silver (beat Jalolov and Ibragimov). If he wins there he should cruise to the semis where he likely sees Jalolov. The other side has Sujeet, Nishiuchi, and Magomedov. Really important first match against a really tough kid

Rocco with about the toughest path. Should see Rahmani in the quarters and Magamadov in the semis. These are 3 of the favorites. The bottom half of the bracket is super weak compared. Rocco’s first match is against Aaron Ayzerov. He is representing Israel but wrestles in college for Columbia
