First "I" don't play anymore LoL So I'm not worried at all. Believe me coach Dempsey will have the boys fired up ready to roll. SC is a good test to see how special SWO can be this year.

You act like you’re the only team with players who are “the truth”. You have one player, we have multiple players who can will break at any time. You hype your team but as soon as someone says the same about their team you got something to say. Shut up for once.
SWO1, I'm that confident. I know we are better than we were last year. I'm actually hoping that tonight Beddingfield will push us some and put a scare in our guys.
I know that Old Dogg, and as much as I want our Eagles to get a rematch, I honestly want to play SWO even more.

These WRH and SWO guys don't realize how good our defense is Eaglefan. Freshwater is far better than any player from either team, it's not even a question.
How many D1 players do we have on our team right now? A lot, I'll go ahead and answer that. On top of that I saw where our qb was on a visit to both Delaware and Delaware State Universities the other day. I believe both of these are FCS schools and I know UD is a contender almost every year like JMU and App State.
Actually I’m just replying to 1swo1 and his many names because he is always coming for NE. I definitely know that anything can happen in playoffs and swo and NE meeting depends on them winning their games. I honestly think wrh will beat swo the second time and I pray our Eagles will advance but know that they have two games to get through before even possibly meeting swo.
Sorry Darkhorse, I'm just stating my opinion and mean no disrespect. I felt this strong about our team last year as well and was pretty much spot on in my predictions. Believe me I caught a lot of ridicule for them but my Eagles backed me up until we ran into WRH. We just got beat that night and I predicted a 2 td win. We have several. QB has gone on a few visits and has several schools talking to him. Other players have schools talking to them also. Not to mention our players who have already committed.
We also have lil Freshwater who's going to be a Power 5 recruit by his Jr year. He's going to be special
Nah i mean i just see alot of post about a NE vs WRH/SWO eastern final and nothing wrong with predictions but I wouldn't total count out South Columbus hell even Goldsboro....we play the games for a reason...hell we could lose to Kinston tonight.....i understand everyone wants a crack at everyone else but better be focused on this week....i wont be surprised if some of these matchups dont happen
Who plays who, when, what round is purely speculation, wishing by us fans and other forecasters of the games/brackets. It has NO bearing on the actual outcome of any game. All the focus in the world wont change a thing. Every thing said here, or in the paper goes out the window when the whistle blows at 730 friday night. If any of this made any difference we would all be World Champions. With all that said hope all is a great game tonight. I know some wont be and the outcome for half will be hard to swallow. Some close, some no contest.
This is how we on this and other forums pass the time between games. The teams are hard at practice for the upcoming match. I doubt any, or very little is looking forward past today.
As soon as the last game is played tonight we will begin it all over again for round #3. We will be on here beating our chests (like we had anything to do with the win) and chiding the losers. The players will start thinking about the next round. And so it goes.
Simmon's predictions for round #2 are up. Last week he missed 2 out of 8. Although most were no-brainers.

South Columbus will win tonight, that's my prediction. You guys will be here next week. I said when the brackets were released that a possible matchup with Clinton worried me. We won fairly convincingly last year and I know the Horses will be out for payback.
It was actually a good effort on our part up until trailing 14-0 inside the NE 10 yard line and failed to come away with any points after that the flood gates opened........we are better than last year but so is NE so we will see......ill worry bout Kinston first then maybe around 11 tonight start worrying about NE
