It's like Nebraska football has a curse on it, really. The kids have played better today (OL for a portion of the 2nd half at least), things looking good, then the voodoo doll comes out.

Bad teams make dumb plays. Like killer penalties that potentially cost you the game. No mental discipline.

Take a friggin' knee in the end zone. It's an automatic 25 vs. running it out to the 15, risking a fumble, and risking a penalty. Stupid move at a time when Nebraska didn't need it.
