At the very least, end the Blackshirt tradition. Preferably retroactively through the Riley years. Only bring it back when truly earned by on the field performances.

I don't think you bring it back until we are at least a top 20 defense. Any earlier is to soon. Have to establish some culture/character that shows something to be "proud" of.
