What did you expect him to say? “Ya, I loved that the crowd had a knife stuck in the back of my guys the whole game”??? At least he was freaking honest.

There were a lot of people at that game that were embarrassed as **** of the pathetic behavior of that crowd. The only people in the stadium it helped was Northwestern. They absolutely loved it.
I expected him to say yes. If couldn't he should have resigned on the spot or fired immediately.

Not only did it not all come together, he completely crashed and burned. He was given everything he ever wanted, and the result was a HISTORIC choke.

Years from now, when people make lists of "the most epic disappointments in the history of college football" the 2025 Nittany Lions will be #1 on many people's lists.
This team set a new record. First team to be ranked #2 at the beginning of the season to lose 5 games in a row.

I cant believe we were fooled into thinking this was going to be a special year. Ohio State has better players at pretty much every position. This team is pretty much unwatchable. The passing game is High Schoolish.

OSU has had better players at pretty much every position for a decade. That's why it's odd to me that so many want to use them as the barometer for PSU. OSU is pretty much always the better team, it's a flawed measuring stick to use wins against them to judge PSU, OSU should be winning these games and they are. On today's broadcast they mentioned no Big 10 team other than Michigan has won a game at the Shoe since 2015. That's simply remarkable success and I think many really undersell the type of run the Buckeyes have been on.

That said, Franklin deserved to go after the UCLA and NW debacles. And yes, our passing offense is atrocious. At least in the first half today we saw a bit of WR separation, but Grunk missed a few throws when he had the opportunities. And the defense again let OSU convert a 3rd and long when getting pressure on Sayin. This team repeatedly fails to capitalize on the opportunities that they do get, which costs them in close games. I suspect that repeated failure has impacted the team mentally and they are simply no longer playing at their best, as they knew once we lost to a UCLA team with a first time OC with 3 days to prepare that this season was over.

Because Fraudklin told you it was going to be a special year. The "best players" and "staff" he ever had at PSU.

He was truly clueless about evaluating and developing talent or more importantly, positions of weakness.

After asking for a raise behind Krafty Kraft's back and not getting it, I think he knew he was a dead man walking entering the season.

It's almost as if he asked and arranged to be fired....for another $50 million.
