I had my line from the pole snapped in half and even though I told the service rep at TWC she still asked me to reboot the modem . After which she told me it wasn't a problem with the modem , I told her I still think it's the severed line .

I was given a free upgrade from TWC to the 300mbps service. I had to swap out modems. After installing the new modem I'm getting 100mbps down and 20 up on my phone with wifi. On my PC i'm getting 10 up and 10 down
