4AA West is stacked. Coin flips may alter seedings here too. Big rematches loom among some of the states elite programs.

If the records were to hold, Richmond and Britt would drop a non-conference loss and report 10-0 records, along with Wake Forest and Middle Creek. So, an undefeated team could end up with a #4 seeding.

I'm also not sure East Forsyth wants anything to do with South Meck or Indy in the second round.

I know what everyone's perception is on East Forsyth and most of Forsyth County schools. I think even though this team is unbeaten and most likely the overall #1 they will be an underdog in most peoples eyes against the Charlotte teams they play due to how they've performed in past seasons. With that being said I think there is something special about this EF team and they're my Dark Horse pick to win the State Championship (Let the Bashing begin!). I think it would be interesting to see Indy come to Kernersville with Justin Hardin as the HC. He was the HC at Providence last season when they upset EF last year in the 2nd rd.

Providence beating East Forsyth was not an upset, You do realize the following week Mallard Creek had a running clock against Providence in the 3rd quarter? EF will run into South Meck this year, who will beat them........

Yes Providence beating East Forsyth was an upset. East was an overall #1 and the fact that MC had a running clock against Providence in the 3rd quarter proves my point. EF could very well get beat in the first round........whats your point?

You made my point. Seeding mean nothing. Vance will most likely be a #14 seed in 4A. I would pick them over EF all day. EF being a #1 seed means absolutely nothing. EF being #1 seed coming out of Forsyth County means you can get beat by a good team like Providence, which in my opinion was not an upset.

Agree Nepsy7, Imo, seeding means getting a home game(no travel) and a nice gate ($). Other than that, it doesn't stop you from winning a game or advancing to the State Championship.

Last years team is a different team than this years.... Even if east did lose to a team for example East Meck y'all will talk about it for years... But not talk about the game the other week when butler lost to them...

Football is football, there are upsets, some teams try harder than others. Yeah East is gonna lose to somebody... As well as 30 other teams. In the bracket

So True! This has been a crazy year for NC High School Football this year. I could see EF pulling out some unexpected wins and going deep. Anything is possible. That's why we play the games on the field.

Big flaw in this projection anyway at the top. Richmond is not going to be seeded with the 1's,
a conference loss is coming to them on Friday night. 9-2 9-1 reported.

4AA east is a tough bracket some great match ups I would drive to Raleigh to see Pinecrest play Fuquay Varina
